Documents required to apply for priority allotment of plot:
Procedure for plot purchase (step by step):

Step 1 - Required plot to be finalized by the customer (Buyer Party).

Step 2 - Documents to be prepared as per the priority allotment of the plot to MIDC. Along with this, a 3 lac token amount is to be submitted for further processing.

Step 3 - The file is to be sent to the Industrial Minister's office for sanctioning purposes.

Step 4 - After the file gets signed at the Industrial Minister's office, an MOU is to be established between Shubham Engitech and the Buyer Company. At this time, 5% of the deal amount needs to be given by cheque.

Step 5 - After the MOU, the file will be sent to the MIDC office in Pune for further processing.

Step 6 - At the MIDC office in Pune, the plot map and regional office sign-off will be completed. During this process, 15% of the deal amount needs to be paid by Demand Draft at the MIDC office.

Step 7 - After the completion of work at the Pune office, the file goes to the Andheri MIDC office for further processing. At this stage, a meeting of the Industrial Minister's PA, Regional Office, and Buyer Company Director will occur as a Land Allotment Committee. During this meeting process, 20% of the deal amount is to be paid by Demand Draft.

Step 8 - After the Land Allotment Committee meeting is completed, the files come to the Pune MIDC office for further processing. An offer letter will be issued at the Pune office. During the offer letter issuing process, 10% of the deal amount needs to be submitted at the office.

Step 9 - During the plot allotment time, 35% of the amount needs to be deposited by Demand Draft.

Step 10 - After the allotment is done by the MIDC office, an Agreement to Lease (A TO L document) between MIDC and the Buyer Company is completed.

Step 11 - After this, the plot demarcation and possession process is completed by the MIDC office for the Buyer Party.
